Otis snaps back at The Miz over plans to become WWE Universal Champion

Otis holds the Money in the Bank briefcase and is aiming to become the WWE Universal Champion

Mandy Rose being traded to Raw certainly sent shock waves around the WWE Universe.

Rose had made SmackDown her own after defeated Sonya Deville in a loser leaves WWE clash. She and Otis had been going strong and things seemed to finally falling into place for the pair.

However, The Miz pulled some strings and sent Rose packing to Raw. That might have broken up the relationship between Otis and Rose but the pair have promised to be stronger and closer than ever.

The Miz added that his break could actually help Dozer in his quest to become Universal Champion. Otis has never tried to cash in the Money in the Bank briefcase and The Miz believed he could now concentrate on this after Rose left.

However, the Heavy Machinery member snapped back at The Miz. He claimed that he would train harder than before alongside his “beautiful peach”, Rose, and with the help of Tucker and Chad Gable.

Otis also added that he would move mountains and cash in the briefcase to become the Universal Champion.

Otis became the talk of the town when he tried to win the heart of Rose before WrestleMania. While he achieved that, WWE seemed to completely forget about him and the briefcase.

However, The Miz and John Morrison have tried to steal the contract but have failed to do so. Otis outsmarted both of them and it will be interesting to see what is next for him.

Roman Reigns has been incredible since returning to WWE and has turned heel too. Reigns is set to battle Jey Uso at Clash of Champions and he should come out on top in that battle too.

WWE then has to find Reigns’ next rival, and they could spring a surprise by allowing Otis to cash in the briefcase.
