Pat McAfee compares NFL legend Tom Brady with WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns
NFL legend Tom Brady has a potential retirement saga going on which made several WWE pundits compare the legend with WWE Superstars and, to be precise, Roman Reigns.
The Pat McAfee Show host, Pat McAfee, recently took to Twitter and compared the NFL legend Brady and Universal Champion Reigns.
McAfee said that the ‘GOAT of the NFL is Tom Brady is retiring, whereas GOAT of WWE The Tribal Chief’ is in “his prime.”
It’s being said the “GOAT” of the NFL @TomBrady is retiring.. The “GOAT” of the @WWE is in his PRIME @WWERomanReigns#SmackDown#SmackDAHN
McAfee is a former NFL Punter and a commentator for WWE’s Friday Night SmackDown.
Tom Brady and Roman Reigns have been GOATs in their respective games
Brady and Reigns have been at the top of their games for quite a long time, Brady especially. Brady had an MVP calibre season but fell a little short against the Los Angeles Rams in the divisional round of the playoffs.
He threw a career-high NFL-best 5316 passing yards in his last year. He had 43 touchdowns. He had just 12 interceptions. Brady is a seven-time Super Bowl Champion. He had set a fantastic benchmark for himself in the last two seasons at 43 and 44.
On the other hand, The Tribal Chief has been in his prime since he returned from Cancer. He’s been WWE’s Universal Champion for a record-setting 516 days now and has won over some big superstars like John Cena, Edge and Brock Lensar. Interestingly both Roman and Brady had begun their historic run simultaneously.
