WWE Legend Paul Heyman says that he has no desire for WWE Hall of Fame induction right now
Paul Heyman has been with WWE for over a decade and has worked with some of the top stars of WWE, including Brock Lesnar, CM Punk, Roman Reigns and more.
Recently while speaking to 101 WRIF, Heyman was asked about his induction into the WWE Hall of Fame, to which he made it clear that he has no desire to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame anytime soon.
“Yeah, I have absolutely no desire to go into the Hall of Fame. I am the ‘Special Counsel’ to ‘The Tribal Chief’ Roman Reigns. I’m putting together a Hall of Fame run simply based on what we do as The Undisputed Champion right now, let alone everything else that has been accomplished beforehand. So while we’re in the middle of this run, it would make no sense for me to go into the Hall of Fame.”
Heyman made it clear that he is happy being the Special Counsel of Undisputed Champion Roman Reigns and doesn’t want to change it. He recently helped Reigns win the match against Brock Lensar at WrestleMania 38.
During the initial stages of Heyman’s career, he managed some of the biggest names like Stone Cold and The Undertaker.
While speaking in the interview, he talked about how it is to manage WWE Hall of Famers like Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Undertaker. He also stated that he managed Austin during his time at WCW. Heyman also praised the legend for not wrestling his last match against Roman Reigns.
“Yeah, I have absolutely no desire to go into the Hall of Fame. Well, I am the ‘Special Counsel’ to ‘The Tribal Chief’ Roman Reigns. I’m putting together a Hall of Fame run simply based on what we do as The Undisputed Champion right now, let alone everything else that has been accomplished beforehand. So while we’re in the middle of this run, it would make no sense for me to go into the Hall of Fame.” (H/T Fightful)
