Will Paul Heyman prefer getting drafted to Raw or SmackDown?

Paul Heyman is not new to making his feelings heard in front of the world. From making outlandish claims to defending his clients Heyman is not the one to back off from anything. As it is known to almost everybody, Heyman currently serves as a special counsel to the WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns on SmackDown.

WWE recently asked to it’s Twitter audience a simple question that “Would you rather be drafted to Raw or SmackDown?” Heyman had something really interesting to say on this and replied to the tweet by saying:

“I’d rather manipulate, negotiate and control who gets drafted, when and where.

Heyman certainly made his opinion heard that he’d like to sit on the controlling side of the things rather than getting drafted himself.

What happened on the WWE Draft 2021?

The 2021 drafts saw a lot of superstars on the move. The drafts kicked off on SmackDown last week when Roman Reigns was retained by the blue brand. Reigns was the first round and first overall pick. The drafts came to conclusion the following Monday night Raw with the last pick being Sami Zayn.

Notably. Drew McIntyre was moved to SmackDown and also the Rated-R superstar Edge was on the move to Raw. Some other names also included Charlotte Flair and Sheamus as well. The draft however, would not be implemented until after the Crown Jewel PPV. Till then we can certainly enjoy our favorite stars in their old brands.
