At Extreme Rules 2021, Bianca squared off against Becky Lynch for the SmackDown Women Championship, which saw Belair almost victory over Lynch.
But it was not meant to be as The Boss returned after a long hiatus and smacked both Belair and Lynch as the match ended in a disqualification, and Lynch remained with the title as no one was crowned the winner after the game.
Banks was out of WWE for a long time due to undisclosed reasons. She was replaced by Lynch at SummerSlam against Belair.
