The stable of Miz and Ron had some excellent segments and bouts with one of the most popular personalities in sports entertainment, “The Rock.”
History of Awesome Truth is quite fascinating
The stable of Awesome Truth started back on August 22, 2011, when R-Truth and The Miz attacked Santino Marella before his match and then attacked CM Punk as well. But after some time, they got fired by Triple H.
At Hell in a Cell, The stable attacked Alberto Del Rio, CM Punk, John Cena and referees after their match ended. At Vengence, the duo had their official debut match as “Awesome Truth” against CM Punk and Triple H, which they won.
They had one of the big matches at Survivor Series when the stable took on John Cena and The Rock but were defeated by them. The following night Cena caused an argument between the two. It led to the team’s dissolution as Miz attacked Truth with a Skull Crushing Finale.
