Randy Orton had his family inside the arena as they watched him win at WrestleMania
WrestleMania night two got off to a spine-tingling start as Randy Orton and ‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt (with Alexa Bliss) squared off in a highly-anticipated battle.
Wyatt recently made a return to WWE after his TLC 2020 altercation with ‘The Viper’, with many (wrongly) believing that he was played by someone else in this fight.
But that was not the case. Alexa Bliss proved to be a distraction for Wyatt as Orton pounced on the opportunity to hit him with an RKO and win.
And cheering him on in the arena was Orton’s family; his wife and 5 kids. The 41-year-old could add this win into his collection of iconic ‘Mania moments in the past two decades.
However, not everything went perfectly for him at the event as he revealed the steep cost of having his family over at the arena.
Randy Orton had to pay a massive amount to have his family over at WrestleMania 37
And he took to Twitter to reveal that he had to pay close to $20,000 to have all 6 of them at the Raymond James Stadium in Florida.
You can’t put a price on having your family over at the biggest moments in your career. But 20k is still a pretty big amount.
It’s actually surprising considering Orton is a veteran on the show and would surely have a few connections in the promotion by now.
Nevertheless, he would be pleased that he could dismantle The Fiend. But no way does it mean that his feud with Wyatt is over.
We can expect to see the three appear more in the future. And no matter what your opinion is on this complex storyline, it seems like the end is still nowhere in sight.
