WWE star Rhea Ripley seeks shot at SmackDown after WWE 2021
The recently conducted WWE Draft that kicked off last night on SmackDown live saw WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Nikki A.S.H and Rhea Ripley being picked to be drafted for WWE Raw.
Ripley took this to Twitter to share about this and takes a dig at the blue brand (SmackDown).
She said that SmackDown will always come second when standing against the Red one, which resembles Raw.
The Nightmare is the reigning WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion with A.S.H. Ripley arrived earlier this year from NXT and soon impacted the show.
The WWE Draft started off in a grand fashion on Friday Night Smackdown this week, and it saw Rhea Ripley and Nikki A.S.H being drafted to Raw.
tvinsider.com did an interview with The Nightmare recently to talk about her journey. She was asked about WWE Draft, which is apparently her first-ever draft.
Ripley said that she has always loved watching the draft as a fan and enjoyed it throughout. Next, she mentioned the new matchups that take place after the draft. Ripley is looking forward to seeing who goes where. Lastly, she said that there are a lot of women that she would like to wrestle with and is quite comfortable doing to any of the two brands.
“I’m pretty excited. I’ve always loved watching the draft as a fan. It’s always something I’ve enjoyed. You see so many new matchups, which is absolutely amazing. I’m looking forward to seeing who ends up where. I love a good challenge. There are a lot of people I haven’t wrestled in the women’s division over on SmackDown. So I’m comfortable if I go to SmackDown or vice versa.”
It will be exciting to see Ripley performing on Raw with several other stars.
