Rob Van Dam is currently enjoying his time with Impact and was asked about a WWE or TNA return

Impact Wrestling star Rob Van Dam has enjoyed a revival in the promotion after his stints with WWE and TNA.

The 49-year-old was one of the top stars in WWE but left the promotion to fight in the indie scene in 2007. He then joined TNA in 2010 before making a return to WWE for a year. Van Dam has made cameo appearances on WWE but is one of the top stars on Impact now.

Rob Van Dam is a former ECW and WWE champion during his time with the promotion (WWE)

The high-flyer often participates in Q+A sessions on Twitter, and was recently asked about his chances of returning to WWE or TNA.

Van Dam wasn’t keen on rejoining one of his former employers and instead had other things on his mind:

Currently, no fans are allowed on any of the wrestling promotions due to the coronavirus. However, live shows have been given the green light.

No regrets on leaving WWE

Van Dam was also asked if he regretted leaving WWE and joining TNA. That promotion made Van Dam their top star too, but there was a lot of mismanagement and he left them a few years later.

However, the 49-year-old had no regrets of spending nearly three years with TNA, even if he would have been projected as a top star:

Van Dam is a legend thanks to his ECW days and his crazy moves. He remains one of the few stars to have won the ECW title and the WWE title, but it is unlikely we will see him joining WWE though.
