WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has crossed another milestone without being pinned for more than 800 days
Another day and Another milestone achievement unlocked for WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. He has now crossed 800 days without getting pinned in a match. In addition, he has already held the Universal title for over 500 days on the road to WrestleMania.
Reigns kicked off this long streak in late 2020 when his Universal title reign began. He wrestled King Corbin in a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match at WWE TLC on December 15, 2019, where he was last pinned by Corbin.
Since then, he has not been pinned by anyone. As a result, he is now the most protected superstar in WWE today and has got over the line against some of the top names in the industry.
The Tribal Chief has beaten the very best that WWE has thrown towards him over the past two years. He started his reign by defeating The Fiend and Braun Strowman in a Triple Threat Match at WWE Payback 2020 to win the Universal title.
Reigns then successfully defended his title against big superstars like Kevin Owens, Edge, Daniel Bryan, John Cena, Rey Mysterio, Goldberg and even Brock Lesnar. SmackDown has been a hit show and has been receiving great audience numbers consistently since he became a heel back in 2020.
Now he is going to face his most significant match in the last two years at WrestleMania 38 in a Winner Takes all Unification Match, but with the dominance that he has been showing towards Lesnar in recent time, it is pretty apparent that he will pick up a win over Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania and will continue his winning streak.
