A video of a John Cena fan crying went viral after Cena suffered a defeat at SummerSlam 2021
John Cena vs Roman Reigns headlined the recently concluded SummerSlam 2021. The match was for the WWE Universal Championship, and lived up to its billing.
In the longest match of the night, Reigns ended up successfully defending his Universal Championship after Spearing Cena in the center of the ring and pinning him.
Cena did have his moments. In fact, he almost had the measure of Reigns after tossing him from the turnbuckle. However, Reigns kicked out in the nick of time.
Had Reigns lost the match, he would have left the WWE, since ‘The Tribal Chief’ had revealed that he would do so if he loses.
A recent video of a John Cena fan crying following the ‘The Chain Gang Soldier’s loss to Roman Reigns.
The video shows the young boy going through an emotional rollercoaster as Cena nearly picks up the win before going on to lose.
At the end of the video, the boy can be seen breaking down into tears.
Roman Reigns has no chill as he reacts to ‘crying John Cena fan’
The video was reshared by Bleacher Report Wrestling. On spotting the same, ‘The Tribal Chief’ sent a message to the kid.
The Universal Champion’s reply was brutal, as he told the fan that ‘The Tribal Chief’ is someone who keeps his promises.
His Tweet read:
“Your Tribal Chief keeps his promises kid. #ManOfMyWord.”
Reigns is now expected to begin a rivalry with Brock Lesnar who returned to the ring for the first time in more than a year, following Reigns’ victory over Cena.
