Former WWE Superstar Ronda Rousey has reacted to a post made by reigning RAW Women’s Champion Asuka on Instagram.

Ronda Rousey, a former WWE RAW Women’s Champion herself, has been off screen since her loss to Becky Lynch in a triple-threat bout that also involved Charlotte Flair, who was the SmackDown Women’s Champion, back at WrestleMania 35 in 2019.

Their fight, which was the first-ever women’s bout to main event a WrestleMania, ended with Becky winning the two titles. Soon after, it was revealed that Rousey would be taking time off from wrestling to plan a family.

However, recent reports have hinted that the 34-year-old is training towards a potential comeback in the near future.

Asuka is currently in her second reign as the WWE RAW Women’s Champion. Having initially won the title in April last year, she ended up losing it to Sasha Banks in July, before reclaiming it back a month later.

“The Empress of Tomorrow” has now had a run of 215 days and counting with the title. She will be facing Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 37 in less than two weeks’ time.
