WWE Superstar Sami Zayn still thinks of becoming King of the Ring

Sami Zayn was also one of the King of the Ring contest participants, but unfortunately for him, he lost to Finn Balor in the semi-finals of the King of the Ring last week.

After completing the tournament finals at Crown Jewel, which was won by Xavier Woods, Zayn took to Twitter to share his thoughts, and his Tweet certainly gives you an idea that the King’s crown has not left his mind yet.

“One day baby.”

In the semi-final contest, Zayn and Balor had an excellent bout as both the Superstars had quite the same intensity throughout the fight. Zayn was at his level best as the heel. He did everything he could to get the win but eventually was lost to Balor.

Woods countered it pretty well with a big superkick and almost got the win, but Balor kicked out at two. Both the men exchanged a few elbows and kicks before Woods delivered a superplex to Balor from the corner of the ring.

Balor came back strongly and almost delivered his finishing maneuver Coup de Grace, but Woods backed out. So the Latter went for the elbow walk again, and he was pretty successful in providing it.

He scored the pin and won the King of the Ring as finally, Woods will be getting his dream to live like a King of WWE.
