WWE star Sami Zayn goes against Fox despite being picked in WWE Draft 2021
Sami Zayn was the last draft on WWE Draft 2021. As he was picked last on this week’s Monday Night Raw. He was drafted to SmackDown after passing five draft rounds without his name being on the list.
El Generico took to Twitter to share that he was disappointed after being the last one to get drafted, He mentioned saying that he is the most versatile and complete wrestler on earth, but still, he was chosen last. Zayn referred to this as an intentional plan, and it was just shown as a master plan to the audience.
“Imagine drafting the most versatile and complete wrestler on earth DEAD F—-ING LAST in your draft and then acting like it was all part of the master plan.”
Sami is one of the promising talents in WWE and was certainly not impressed at all by his name being last.
After five rounds, Zayn lost all the hope and even tweeted about his name not even in the draft list.
“I genuinely think my name is not on their draft list. #WWEDraft“
Eventually, Sami was picked last by the SmackDown brand as the final pick of the night. This made him even more upset, and he took to Twitter to share about this, He stated Last.
The last round of WWE drafts also saw Olympic Gold medalist Gable Steveson being picked by Raw. Steveson will be trained at a performance center in Minnesota to become a pro wrestler.
