Sasha Banks was present backstage on the latest SmackDown
Former WWE Women’s Champion Sasha Banks was present on the latest episode of SmackDown after a long time since she has not been seen in WWE for a while.
According to PW Insider (h/t cagesideseats), there were certain rumors that she might return in WWE when SmackDown went to the iconic Madison Square Garden. However, there is no guarantee of when she might return.
But as per Fightful select (h/t cagesideseats), Sasha Banks was seen backstage at the SmackDown episode in Jacksonville. It’s still not known that whether WWE has anything planned for Banks.
Sasha Banks is missing from WWE for a while
Sasha Banks has not made a single appearance in WWE since a few episodes before SummerSlam.
Throughout the week leading to the SummerSlam rematch between Banks and Belair, there were several conflicts as both were pulled from various house shows due to some unknown circumstances.
Where Banks eventually lost her title against Bianca Belair for the SmackDown’s Women’s Championship.
Banks was supposed to fight against Bianca Belair in the Biggest Summer Fest of all the WWE SummerSlam, but she was pulled out of the event due to some unknown circumstances.
The Boss was replaced by Becky Lynch, who eventually defeated Belair to win the SmackDown’s Women’s Championship.
Banks is one of the top female stars in the WWE female roster and also features in the cover of the WWE 2k22 video game series.
