‘The Boss’ Sasha Banks has had a stellar career in WWE and has worked alongside the best in the business. She has a large number of followers and deserves every bit of the adulation that is showered upon her
There have been many wrestlers who have left or been released by WWE and moved over to AEW in recent years. Names like Jon Moxley, Bryan Danielson, Chris Jericho, Matt and Jeff Hardy, and many others moved over to AEW after having successful careers in WWE.
Sasha Banks mentioned a few superstars she would love to see making a return to WWE. Those superstars are currently signed to AEW of course. Jon Moxley, Ruby Soho, and Dustin Rhodes are the names that she took.
Jon Moxley wrestled in WWE under the ring name Dean Ambrose. The 36-year-old debuted on the main roster alongside his Shield brothers Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins but he wasn’t pushed like the other two.
Seth Rollins is a multi-time World Champion while Roman Reigns is the current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion after defeating Brock Lesnar in the main event of WrestleMania 38.
Moxley did manage to win the World title once but his reign was short-lived. He left WWE and that was certainly not on good terms. The Blackpool Combat Club member was extremely frustrated with how his character was being booked.
Sasha Banks wants all former WWE Superstars back in the company
Sasha Banks appeared on NBC Sports Boston’s Ten Count podcast to promote Friday’s SmackDown from the DCU Center. During the podcast, she said it was good to see The American Nightmare return to WWE and wanted others to follow suit.
“It’s good to see the Rhodes’ back in WWE, you know.. Next, let’s bring back Goldust,” said Banks. “Let’s bring them all back. Dean Ambrose, you want to come? Let’s go! The more the merrier. Let’s do it!”
“I would love to see Ruby Riot back in the WWE Universe, yes,” she added. “Yes, absolutely. That’s one of them.”
Banks is currently one-half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions. She will team up with her partner Naomi to defend their titles against the team of Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley next week on RAW.
Sasha Banks is also a former six-time World Champion winning the RAW Women’s Championship five times and the SmackDown Women’s Championship on one occasion.
