Seth Rollins delivers brutal attack on Edge on Friday Night SmackDown
WWE Superstar Seth Rollins hit back at Edge by delivering a brutal attack on SmackDown.
The rivalry seems to have reached another level as they have traded blows for the last few weeks, and will culminate at SummerSlam.
Rollins posted on Twitter saying: “Shame is momentary. Revolution is forever.”
Rollins first attacked Edge ate ringside then the two men went on the entrance ramp where Rollins kicked Edge on his face to send him packing. Once Edge got back his feet, Rollins then hit him with a television Camera to complete annhilate the Rated-R Superstar.
The two go face-to-face at SummerSlam with a first time ever match between them. The build-up has been phenomenal ever since Edge returned on SmackDown. There is no doubt that the past and present of WWE are going to highlight the PPV, making it a must watch on August 21.
Edge and Rollins have crossed paths before in 2014, when the 12-time Champion was retired. His comeback makes it ever so impressive as he faces a talented Seth Rollins.
During the segment, the fans in the arena chanted ‘You suck’ at Seth Rollins. The chants slowly changed to ‘We Want Becky.’ Lynch has been out of WWE ever since vacating her title last year, after announcing her pregnancy.
The Irishwoman is one of the most decorated wrestlers in WWE history and will hope to return soon. She posted pictures of her looking in incredible shape ahead of her return. Will she join her husband on SmackDown or will she get a chance to reclaim her title on RAW? We will wait and see when ‘The Man” is back on screen. Hopefully soon!
