WWE Superstar Seth Rollins says he misses Brock Lesnar since his absence from WWE
Seth Rollins took to social media to suggest that he has been missing Brock Lesnar ever since he left WWE last year.
Rollins retweeted a video from WWE’s official handle of Brock Lesnar delivering an F5 on him two years ago. He captioned it saying: “I miss Brock.”
Lesnar’s last appearance came at WrestleMania 36 when he lost the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre. The Scotsman took Lesnar out with a thunderous Claymore to seal the win.
The Beast Incarnate has been rumored to make his return throughout the year. Initially, he was supposed to make his debut at SummerSlam in August, but the plans were scrapped. He is now expected to make his return later in the year, with WWE moving to Saudi Arabia.
Rollins and Lesnar shared an intense rivalry on Monday Night RAW in 2019. They were battling for the title and had numerous run-ins and encounters with each other. Rollins even snatched the title at WrestleMania 31 after he cashed in his Money in the Bank contract.
With Lesnar probably returning this year, could we see a reunion of the two bitter rivals in another feud?
Rollins faces tough clash vs Edge at SummerSlam
Seth Rollins is set to go one-on-one with Edge at SummerSlam for the first time ever. The rivalry dates back to 2014, when the Rated-R Superstar was a retired wreslter. This time around, the rivalry seems very bitter.
Rollins cost Edge the WWE Universal title by interfering during his match against Roman Reigns. They had a violent showdown on SmackDown and the rivalry is set to go extreme on August 21.
Edge, meanwhile made his appearance back in WWE at the 2020 Royal Rumble. He has been part of the WWE scene, ever since albeit in a restricted role. His last PPV appearance came at WrestleMania when he lost to Roman Reigns in a Triple Threat Match. Daniel Bryan was the other member of the match.
