WWE Legend Trish Stratus praises former WrestleMania opponent Jazz in response to a fan tweet
Former WWE Superstar Trish Stratus has heaps of praise for former Women’s Champion Jazz, who defended her title against not one but two legendary Women wrestlers, Trish Stratus and Lita, at WrestleMania 18.
After making the transition from ECW to WWE, Jazz went on to have a rivalry with Trish Stratus. She captured the women’s championship in their second match on RAW.
Recently, a fan took to Twitter and mentioned Jazz and said that she is still the only black woman to walk in WrestleMania and walk out as a champion. He also praised Trish Stratus and Lita.
Definitely.. Jazz still the only black woman to walk in Wrestlemania as champ and leave Wrestlemania as champ she was a badass. Trish & Lita were also super over with the fans. I thought all 3 killed it. One of my favorite matches on the card!
Former Women’s Champion responded to the tweet and praised Jazz for being a Bada**.

After three years with WWE, Jazz was released from the company in 2004. However, she returned and feuded with Mickie James over Women’s title before being again released in 2007.

Carlene Denis Moore Begnaud, known by the ring name of Jazz, is currently signed to Impact Wrestling, where she is the manager of two superstars. She is known for her time in ECW and WWE, where she was a two-time WWE Women’s Champion.
Jaxx has also completed for the National Wrestling Alliance, where she held the NWA World Women’s Championship for over 900 days. She was also the first champion to hold It under the WWE banner. She put on a great show at WrestleMania 18 in a triple threat match against Lita and Stratus.
