Sonya Deville, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair were a part of a heated altercation on WWE SmackDown recently
Friday night SmackDown closed out on a heated note. Champions Charlotte Flair (WWE SmackDown women’s champion) and Becky Lynch (WWE Raw Women’s Champion) went back and forth during the recent segment.
The emotions overflowed backstage as well, and a majority of the Superstars were not happy with the way Flair conducted herself.
WWE on-screen authority Sonya Deville was also inside the ring when the confrontation between Charlotte Flair and Lynch took place.
Deville too was left fuming with the way Flair behaved.
The latest news according to Mike Johnson of PW Insider is that Deville’s madness knew no bounds and “was mad enough to want to fight flair.”
Sources also claimed that Deville had an argument with Flair backstage.
It is worth noting that most of the superstars are believed to have come to the support of Lynch.
Sonya Deville made her in-ring return recently
Sonya Deville had not competed in the ring in a long while. She recently made her in-ring return against Naomi.
However, just moments before her fight, Deville, using her authoritative prowess summoned Shayna Baszler to be her partner, in what would be a handicap match.
While Naomi braved the odds and looked to get a stunning victory, a Kirifuda Clutch from Baszler got the job done. Deville was victorious on her return.
Naomi was left fuming after her defeat and took to Twitter to tear into Deville and Baszler.
