“Smash Me! – Stack Me!- Forget Me!” – Murphy hits out at WWE over lack of TV time on SmackDown

Murphy has been missing from TV for a while and he isn’t enjoying being inactive in WWE

WWE decided to have a retro SmackDown this week, a throwback to the old days with a virtual fist coming up and also the referees wearing the old jerseys.

A lot of the stars also wore old and retro attire but this came up all of a sudden. This gimmick didn’t help in setting some storylines but it did see the return of Theodore Long, so that was a plus.

Teddy also played a role in setting up a huge match. He turned the Cesaro vs Seth Rollins clash more interesting with Roman Reigns waiting for the Swiss star if he won.

Cesaro did beat Rollins and will now face Reigns for the title at WrestleMania Backlash. The Swiss superstar was almost forgotten by WWE but he and Shinsuke Nakamura have gotten a revival of sorts.

While the pair have been in the limelight recently, one star that has been completely forgotten is Murphy.

He tried to patch up with Rollins and was buffed away and now the Australian has vented out his frustration on social media.

Murphy calls out WWE over lack of TV time

The Australian had some incredible battles with Aleister Black when he first broke to the main roster. He then also had a brilliant fight with Reigns before he lost. Murphy also has faced top stars like Daniel Bryan too, but he isn’t happy with not being in action.

This was also a bit of a shot at Reigns by claiming he could have been the Head of the Table. Murphy has often posted videos of himself training but things just don’t seem to be working for him.

He could do with a repackaging of sorts, something that Black did recently. Murphy is one of the most talented stars and it is a travesty he isn’t being used at all.
