Chief Brand Officer of WWE Stephanie McMahon showered praises on ‘Rowdy’ Ronda Rousey

There is nothing Ronda Rousey cannot do. She has asserted her dominance in a variety of sports.

In 2008, Rousey became the first woman from the United States of America to win a medal in Judo at the Olympics.

Rousey won the Bronze medal in the 70kg judo women’s category.

Following her success, Rousey took up mixed martial arts. In March 2011, Rousey made her MMA debut. She soon became the Strikeforce Women’s Bantamweight Champion and began revolutionizing women’s MMA.

In a few years’ time, Rousey continued her success into the UFC as well (Strikeforce was a part of UFC back then).

Rousey put on plenty of successful title defenses, before retiring from the sport in December 2016.

‘Rowdy’ then joined the WWE, and soon became an indomitable force in her new promotion as well.
