WWE announced their list of 25 best matches in 2020 to much criticism
On Sunday, WWE released a list of the 25 best matches in the last 12 months but received a lot of flak from the WWE Universe, including T-Bar.
2020 was one of the strangest years which saw the world come to a halt due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Even without fans inside the arena, WWE found a way to go on and gifted the viewers an incredible year of action. The list honours the best matches that was witnessed by the WWE Universe in the past year.
The list features some of the best matches in the past year. Undertaker vs. AJ Styles, Sasha Banks vs. Bayley in the Hell in a Cell match, Drew McIntyre vs. Roman Reigns, and many other iconic fights feature in the top 25.
But, you cannot please everyone, especially when it comes to Retribution member T-Bar. He took to Twitter to voice his frustration on being left out from the list.
The 33-year-old claimed that WWE wants to wipe him from the promotion’s history, and added that things like this is the reason why Retribution chooses to wreak havoc.
T-Bar, who earlier fought in WWE NXT under the name ‘Dominik Dijakovic’, surprisingly did not feature on the list despite many great matches in 2020.
Amongst them was his title fight against his good friend Keith Lee. The two faced each other on February 16, 2020, in an epic battle which Lee ultimately won.
That match, which was for the NXT North American Championship, won over the hearts of many fans and probably played a big role in both the stars debuting on the main roster this year.
It is understandable why T-Bar and the WWE Universe were left frustrated after going through the list; and, they let their feelings known.
