T-Bar takes another shot at Drew McIntyre after attacking on WWE Raw
T-Bar takes another shot at former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre after attacking him with fellow ex-Retribution member Mace on Raw.
T-Bar, formerly Dominik Dijakovic of NXT, has been on the WWE main roster since August last year, having made his debut as a member of the ill-fated heel faction, Retribution.
After months of doing nothing of note on the screen, Retribution was finally put of its misery when T-Bar and Mace attacked leader Mustafa Ali at WWE Fastlane PPV last month.
With Retribution now broken apart, it seemed like T-Bar, Mace, along with other members Slapjack and Reckoning were going to be left directionless. However, the former two showed on the episode of Raw after WrestleMania and made huge waves.
T-Bar and Mace hit former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre with a double chokeslam, or “High Justice” as it was called during their Retribution days to close out the show/.
This happened after the Scottish Warrior had defeated Randy Orton and Braun Strowman in a triple threat contest to determine the No.1 contender for Bobby Lashley’s WWE Championship.
T-Bar may not have been a hit on the screen but his social media game has been always top notch. And he has continued in the same vein, after attacking McIntyre this past Monday.
Firstly, he changed his Twitter handle name from T-Bar to “The Men Who Double Chokeslammed Drew McIntyre – BAR”.
Following up on that, he also posted an image of McIntyre with smiling and giving a thumbs up with a caption that read: “Who has two thumbs and got double choke-slammed by me and Mace on #RAW?”
McIntyre, on his part, has already issued a warning to T-Bar and Mace that they are next on his list once he is done dealing with Lashley at WrestleMania Backlash PPV next month.
It will be very interesting to see things unfold over the coming weeks.
