Tegan Nox made her WWE return after almost 10 months of being sidelined due to an injury
Tegan Nox made an exciting return to the WWE after recovering from a serious injury. Nox had torn her ACL at the end of September in 2020, owing to which she had to undergo surgery.
On the July 6 episode of NXT, Nox made a stunning return to the promotion as she helped result in an NXT Women’s Tag Team title change.
Nox helped Io Shirai and Zoey Stark get the NXT women’s tag team title from Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell (The Way). LeRae and Hartwell were in the middle of their match against Shirai and Stark when the lights went out and Nox appeared.
There is actually bad blood between Nox and LeRae, as it was LeRae who had attacked Nox, back in September 2020, which resulted in her injury.
Nox would have been pleased with herself, as her interruption resulted in something as big as a title change.
Tegan Nox is well and truly back
Later that night, Tegan Nox posted a cheeky pun intended Tweet revealing who she would be targeting, now that she is back hale and healthy. She made it loud and clear that her anger wouldn’t die down without exacting revenge on The Way, especially LeRae.
“Ive been ready…just waiting for the perfect time to get some stuff out of The Way.”
The Welshwoman is just 26 and has got a long career ahead of her.
