Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has always been known for having a terrific sense of humor. We saw another glimpse of it this week
Dwayne Johnson posted a reel on his Instagram account where he throws a ball at his wife Lauren Hashian. They were in their backyard. Hashian with something resembling a baseball bat hits the ball away.
The fun begins later as the ball is shown to fly away into the sky. The video then shows The Rock sitting in a window seat of an airplane. He watches the ball pierce the clouds and continue its upward rise.
The ball passes an astronaut at a rate of knots and crashes into the moon. It enters from one side of the moon and passes through the center and exits from the other side.
We see The Rock once again as he praises his wife’s form. The reel ends with Hashian’s swing being honored as the swing of the year.
As always ‘The People’s Champ’ had a unique way to express his feelings and the adorable reel has been loved by his fans.
The Rock would write in caption: “Fly me to the moon baby!! In honor of #InternationalWomensDay here’s @Laurenhashianofficial knocking the s**t outta this wiffle ball with the kind of form that would make Ted Williams proud and the @redsox want sign her to their roster right now!!! (I’ll handle the negotiations) An outstanding mother to our little loving tornadoes, incredible wife, daughter, daughter-in-law, sister, friend ~ who has the singing voice on an angel but more importantly ~ she exemplifies the most powerful two things in the world…. love & kindness. Whenever The Rock has made his appearance in WWE, he has enthralled the fans. Whether he wrestles or just speaks on the microphone, he delivers great segments that fans keep re-watching for a long time.
There have been reports of him taking on his cousin brother Roman Reigns at WrestleMania for a long time. It’s certainly not happening this year as Roman is all set to defend his Universal Championship in a champion versus champion title unification match against the WWE Champion Brock Lesnar.
If speculations are to be believed, The Rock versus Roman Reigns match might take place in next year’s WrestleMania.
There have been rumors of The Rock making an appearance on the famous RAW after WrestleMania. But there haven’t been any concrete reports regarding the same.
