Tony Nese thinks nobody watched him during his time in WWE
Former WWE star Tony Nese has opened up on his time in WWE. On replying to a tweet he claimed that nobody watched him wrestle. Former WWE star Hurricane posted a video of move which he thought needs to be brought back., have a look at the video:
A fan replied to this claiming that ‘doesn’t Tony Nese do this’, however, Nese rather had a sadistic response to this. Have a look at what he had to say:
“To be fair, no one actually watched us wrestle.”
Nese certainly feels like he was overlooked in his time at WWE and never really fell in the plans of the company.
He never really got to showcase his true talent and was also never called up for the main roster. He was with the WWE from 2016 and was released earlier this year in June and is still awaiting to sign under a new promotion.
Nese has not really been seen in the wrestling world ever since his departure from the WWE. Speculations of him joining another promotion have just been lit up after his most recent appearance on the AEW Dynamite. Nese was in the building to attend the show and was seen during Bryan Danielson’s match.
The AEW twitter handle even mentioned him as one of the hottest free agents in the pro wrestling world. Fans are speculating that AEW could well and truly be his next stop. However, further confirmation for the same is yet to be awaited and fans can expect some clarity in the future.
