The Rock and John Cena have been rumoured to make a return to WWE soon with many big PPVs on the horizon

Triple H had his say regarding when two legends, John Cena and The Rock, would return to WWE.

The Game was speaking to the New York Post about WWE returning to Madison Square Garden and in front of packed audiences.

WWE had continued running during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, this was without the fans and WWE also stuck to their own stadium rather than touring, like they normally do.

However, things are changing quickly with WWE planning to start proper touring again. They already have held WrestleMania 37 with the fans, and that has many wrestlers excited.

Fans also wants to see the best in the stadiums and there have been rumours of The Rock and John Cena returning.

Cena himself has confirmed a return will take place but he was unsure when that would happen. The Game also confirmed that the pair were always keen on returning and WWE just had to create the right opportunity for that to happen.

Big matches set up for The Rock and John Cena?

The Rock and Cena are two of the biggest names in the business, and it would make sense for WWE to bring them back at the right opportunity.

Both of them are film stars now with Cena’s career really taking off. He is to feature in the latest Fast and Furious movie while also playing a role in the Suicide Squad movie.

The Rock also has several projects and movies lined up. Getting the pair on board is difficult given their schedules but WWE could always bring them back for a few weeks especially with SummerSlam around the corner.

WrestleMania is also a big bet, but that is almost a year away, and the wait might be a little too long.
