Triple H hands Tampa Bay Lightning a WWE belt after they won the Stanley Cup

WWE Superstar Triple H congratulated Tampa Bay Lightning following their victory in the Stanley Cup

Tampa Bay Lightning won the Stanley Cup yet again, almost a year after winning the 2020 title in the NHL bubble.

The Lightning trashed the Montreal Canadiens 4-1, shutting them out in only the 5th game of the playoffs.

Lightning took the lead in the seven-match series beating the Canadiens 5-1 in the first match. The Canadiens were beaten again in the second and the third matches.

The Canadiens tried to make a comeback in the playoffs after beating the Lightning in the fifth game, 3-2.

However, it proved to be only a consolation victory, as the Lighting won the fifth match to get hold of the Stanley Cup 2021.

Andrei Vasilevskiy was just too hot to handle for the opponents and was named the playoffs MVP.
