Here is the latest update on Triple H after he underwent heart surgery recently
On the 8th of September, WWE revealed in a statement that WWE Executive Vice President of Global Talent Strategy & Development and WWE COO Triple H had to undergo heart surgery due to a cardiac event. It was caused due to a genetic heart issue.
The news that he had a procedure, was revealed only a few days after Triple H underwent surgery. Here is what the statement from WWE read:
“Paul Levesque, a.k.a. Triple H, underwent a successful procedure last week at Yale New Haven Hospital following a cardiac event. The episode was caused by a genetic heart issue and Paul is expected to make a full recovery.”
Following his surgery, Triple H had to miss the recently concluded WWE NXT 2.0 taping which concluded earlier this week.
Surgery is not something new in the life of ‘The Game’, there have been a ton of instances where Triple H has had to undergo surgery.
The latest news according to Wrestling Observer and other WWE outlets is that he has begun attending phone calls now.
Plus, the WWE Superstars have been advised to only send in their wishes and not discuss anything related to business.
However, the exact timeline for Triple H’s return is not exactly known. For now, all that can be done is, wish the WWE legend, a speedy recovery.
