Both Trish Stratus and Lita are Hall of Famers and two of the most popular female wrestlers of their time.
Trish Stratus recently came on WWE’s The Bump where she spoke about Lita’s match at Elimination Chamber last month where she was unsuccessful in winning the RAW Women’s Championship from Becky Lynch. Lita, however, had her moments delivering her famous moonsault as well as the Twist of Fate.
Stratus was asked to elaborate on what she was thinking while watching her best friend Lita’s match.
“Oh my God! I was so proud of her. So, she just delivered, like she just did so well and I know like any of us like I am talking like something like me when I went back, Lita went back, I know Stone Cold Steve Austin is going back and you are going back to something you’ve been to.
“It’s so long. I’ll tell you we do realize that it’s like in us. Like we get in that environment and it just calms. I was happy, I was super nervous going into it but as soon as she walked through the curtains I just knew she was back. Fans were behind her and she was feeling that and she delivered. Man, they had a hell of a match and both of them did amazing and I was just so proud watching her.”

Becky Lynch had some rough words to say about Lita during the build-up of their feud. Even after winning the match, the RAW Women’s Champion was seen trash-talking.
Trish didn’t like Lynch’s behavior towards her bestie and Hall of Famer and she minced no words about her feelings for the 35-year-old.
Trish said, “She [Becky Lynch] had some words and that’s what started the whole thing as she was kind of rude and disrespectful to my Hall of Famer by the way bestie. So that’s kind of what sparked things and made me start to think that Becky’s a bit of a brat based on that reaction, interaction.“
Trish and Becky have had quite the feud building. A few days ago, during a WWE live show in Toronto, Trish appeared as a special guest on The KO Show. In the main event, Lynch successfully defended her title against Rhea Ripley. After the match, Trish and “The Man” went face to face as the RAW Women’s Champion face pushed the Hall of Famer. Trish replied with a hard slap sending the champion right into a superkick from Ripley followed by a Riptide.
It seems that Trish and Becky will have a match somewhere down the line but there are other superstars of the present generation who are rumored to face the legend like Sasha Banks and Bayley.
