Asuka could challenge Becky Lynch (WWE)
Asuka shared some reused footage from the Money in the Bank clash too
Asuka picked up the Money in the Bank briefcase and it turned out to be for the title.
The Japanese star won the women’s Money in the Bank clash held at WWE HQ, and it was a fun match.
There were a lot of fun spots featuring the men and women. It all, however, started with Asuka. The Japanese star didn’t get an entrance like her rivals, and instead jumped off the second floor and took out several stars.
She then took a lift to try and cover several floors while her rivals took the stairs. Asuka shared a funny clip from Avengers Endgame where the Hulk couldn’t travel in an elevator and had to use the stairs.
Hulk also smashed the lift while Asuka was left celebrating inside.
It was a funny edit, for sure, but Asuka has to face another big star in the coming weeks.
Last week’s Raw saw Nia Jax win the triple threat match to battle Asuka for the title. The Japanese star was given the Raw Women’s belt by Becky Lynch as The Man walked away from WWE after announcing her pregnancy.
Asuka vs Jax will be an amazing clash and there was a bit of a surprise in the triple threat match. Charlotte and Natalya knocked out Jax from the ring, however, it was Asuka that helped Jax back in.
Jax then dominated the clash and has a chance of winning the Raw Women’s title. Asuka is always a fighting champion and she might be suggesting that Jax is the Hulk and she will outsmart her.
The Japanese star was the tag champion alongside Kairi Sane fairly recently. However, she now seems set for a run as the Raw champion.
