Mustafa Ali teamed up with Cedric Alexander and Ricochet to take on the Hurt Business

Mustafa Ali was the latest addition on WWE Raw as he got a new team to work with. Cedric Alexander and Ricochet needed a partner going into their six-man tag match and Ali was more than happy to step up.

The former SmackDown star had been out of action for a while but made an explosive impact on Raw.

He picked up the win over the Hurt Locker by using a 450 splash on MVP. Ali also had some incredible moments during the clash and one saw him wipe out Bobby Lashley who was outside the ring.

Alexander and Ricochet held onto the former MMA star and he was sent flying over the announcer’s table.

While this was an excellent spot and showed off what Ali can do, there was another classic edit of the game.

Ali was given the comic book/fighting game treatment as electricity was flowing through his body and he knocked out Lashley.

Ali even shared this edit and seemed to enjoy it a lot.

The high-flyer was forgotten on SmackDown, even though there were rumours of him having a special role on the brand.

WWE seems to have given up on the hacking angle, even though that played a huge role in the Otis and Mandy Rose storyline.

However, Ali is still one of the best performers in WWE and he deserves time in the ring. The former police officer has had some great matches during his time in 205 but we are yet to see the best of him on the top promotions.

Hopefully, teaming up with Alexander and Ricochet will lead to more air-time for Ali. The 34-year-old is a quality performer and can be one of the stars on Raw.
