The WWE Mt Rushmore from The Miz includes John Cena, Hulk Hogan and space for one more legend

The Miz shocked the WWE Universe on Sunday as he won the WWE title from Drew McIntyre at the Elimination Chamber.

McIntyre had just won his Elimination Chamber match but Bobby Lashley attacked him after the battle. The Miz then cashed in his Money in the Bank title to win the title for a second time. The 40-year-old has been one of the top heels in WWE but not many fans were happy with how he won.

Nevertheless, The Miz was speaking to TMZ and was asked about the title win. WWE has seen its fair share of champions but The Miz brought up how he was the first ever two-time Grand Slam WWE Champion.

The Miz has held the WWE Championship twice and the IC, US and Tag titles at least twice in WWE. No other WWE star has managed that in the history of the company. The Miz also claimed that he should be on the Mt Rushmore of WWE and was asked who else should be on it:

“I think you put [Hulk Hogan], I think you put [John] Cena and you can select between The Rock and [Stone Cold Steve] Austin and Ric Flair.”

It is difficult to create a Mt Rushmore for WWE given the plethora of talent across the years. The Undertaker could be on it, Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, Kurt Angle, Eddie Guerrero and many others also should be in the running for it.

The Miz faces a big problem already

This week’s Raw started off with a problem for The Miz. Lashley came out and spoke about a deal he had with The Miz.

The All Mighty was to get a title shot soon but The Miz didn’t seem keen on that. Lashley then defeated Braun Strowman to get his title shot and also destroyed The Miz to end the show.

The Miz will now have to defend his gold against Lashley next week on Raw. This might not work out well for the new champion and it is to be seen what happens next.
