Xia Li seems to be preparing for Raw Underground
NXT star Xia Li is working out hard and is still hinting at featuring on Raw Underground.
Li is the first Chinese woman to compete in WWE but has been confined mostly to the NXT brand.
While Li is one of the rising talents in the promotion, she seems keen on joining Raw Underground. Shane McMahon introduced this segment on last week’s Raw, and Li was one of the first stars to comment that she wanted to join.
Li has also taken up a new look in recent weeks, and it will be interesting to see how she does with that.
However, the Chinese star recently posted a video of her working out. She decided to show off some of her devastating kicks, and they looked brutal. The force and impact of the kicks certainly were impressive, and Li does have a history in martial arts.

Li is known for her combat-sports background and she has practiced Wushu prior to her WWE career.
Raw Underground makes an impact
Li certainly would be a great addition to Raw Underground given her MMA background, and it will be interesting to see if she is the next star to feature there.
McMahon already brought in a few NXT stars and Underground was one of the talking points from this week’s WWE.
The segment divided opinion with many criticising the way it was showcased. Others praised the WWE for trying something new and there was also the attack by new faction Retribution that caught everyone’s attention.
Li, for her part, has been seen in a few NXT clashes recently. However, she has been on the losing side with Robert Stone playing a part in it all.
