Former NXT UK Tag Team Champions Pretty Deadly recently attacked The Creed Brothers on NXT 2.0. So when did the duo make their WWE debut?
Pretty Deadly is a professional wrestling tag team stable consisting of Lewis Howley and Sam Stoker. After some time on independent wrestling platforms, they made several appearances across NXT UK in 2019 before making their official WWE debut in a losing effort to Wild Boar and Primate.
They later became the number one contender for the NXT UK Tag Team Championship. The stable of Pretty Deadly eventually captured the NXT UK Tag team titles after defeating Gallus. However, after defending the titles against many contenders for 287 days, they lost their titles to Moustache Mountain on 9th December.
The stable was the one-time active member under the name Greased Lightning. They are also known for their tenured wrestling promotions, such as Progress Wrestling and Revolution Pro Wrestling. They once captured the IPW UK Tag Team Championship as Pretty Bastards.
Last week on NXT 2.0, The Creed Brothers squared off against Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner of Imperium in tag team action. The Brothers eventually won the hard-hitting bout.
But as the two were celebrating, two masked men interfered and attacked them with chairs shots from behind. The attackers were none other than Pretty Deadly, the former NXT UK Tag Team Champions.
This means that NXT 2.0 Tag Team division got another addition in the form of Pretty Deadly. They will be performing under the ring names Elton Prince and Kit Wilson.
