Veer Mahaan is currently signed with WWE and plies his trade on the RAW brand. This week on RAW, he decimated Rey Mysterio’s son Dominik in a one-on-one match.
Rinku Singh Rajput AKA Veer Mahaan is an Indian professional wrestler and a former professional baseball player. He is 33 years old. Veer Mahaan was formerly known as Veer on the main roster of WWE. He was on the NXT circuit for a couple of years where he wrestled in NXT live events with Robert Strauss as his manager. He was wrestling under the ring name Rinku Singh back then.
On the 25 March 2020 episode of NXT, Rinku formed a tag team alongside Saurav Gurjar. Their team was known as Indus Sher and was managed by Malcolm Bivens. Soon Rinku and Saurav dropped their last names and continued wrestling on NXT.
On the May 10 episode of RAW, Rinku got the new name Veer and along with Shanky, aligned with former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal.
Mahal and Shanky were drafted to SmackDown in 2021 while Veer remained on the red brand. Vignettes started airing and Veer was renamed as Veer Mahaan and he was about to be repackaged after a forgettable first run on the main roster. However, it took him a few months to get back on RAW as he appeared on the episode after WrestleMania and took out the Mysterios.
This week he dished out a severe beating to Dominik and it seems he will be given a decent push as a monster heel for the next few weeks.
