Lacey Evans was scheduled to compete in a match on RAW this week. It would have been her first match since returning to WWE after giving birth to her second daughter.
The former ‘Sassy Southern Belle’ was not seen on the latest episode of RAW. In a new report from PWInsider, the reason why Evans was not featured on this week’s episode of WWE’s red brand was revealed.
Evans was sent to the Coca-Cola 600 race on Sunday evening and that is why she was missing from RAW this week. She also tweeted that she was “still recovering” after Sunday’s event where she was the Grand Marshal at the Coca-Coal 600 race.
Is Lacey Evans on the Hell in a Cell match card?
Becky Lynch, Asuka, and Bianca Belair will compete in a triple-threat match at Hell in a Cell. The match is for Belair’s RAW Women’s Championship.
Unfortunately, Lacey Evans is not on the Hell in a Cell match card. She returned a couple of months back from maternity leave. She has delivered some heartfelt promos discussing her struggles during childhood and while growing up.
The 32-year-old has not had a match as yet but as per reports, she is all set to get a huge push going forward. There is no lack of talented superstars on the RAW roster. Alexa Bliss also returned to WWE a few weeks ago and is a multi-time world champion. It will be interesting to see how the creative team manages to give all these huge female superstars the right bookings.
Meanwhile, Evans recently tweeted how she got to record her new entrance music and how it will motivate people to keep going even when they are at their lowest.
