The Miz announced last week on RAW that he will be teaming up with Logan Paul to take on Rey and Dominik Mysterio at WrestleMania 38.
The Miz in a recent interview said that he is the one training Logan Paul for their match at WrestleMania. The ‘Awesome’ one would go on to say that his finishing move (The skull-crushing finale) is a difficult one to master.
He has shown the move to many wrestlers before, but they have had a tough time mastering it. Logan Paul, on the other hand, was very sharp according to The Miz. He picked up the move “just like that” on being showed just once.
“My move isn’t like the easiest move to do, if I just go up to someone I just can’t show them and then they get it right away – it takes a while…Logan, I showed it to him, like once, literally picked it up like that [finger snap].”
The A-lister would go on to say that Logan is “an amateur wrestler” and is “very athletic”. The Miz mentioned that he is the one training Logan.
He also stressed on the importance of being ready both physically and mentally in order to compete at The Grandest Stage of Them All with 100,000 fans in attendance.
According to the two-time World champion, Logan is “willing to work hard”. He also pointed out that Logan enjoys climbing the ropes and delivering moves. The Miz, when asked what finisher Logan will be using at ‘Mania replied saying the social media personality is performing the Skull-crushing finale quite well so that’s going to be his finisher.
Miz also thinks Logan has what it takes to be a full-time member of the WWE roster.
The Miz costs Rey and Dominik their match this week on RAW
Rey and Dominik faced The Hurt Business – Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander in a tag team match this week on RAW.
The Mysterios were looking on course to win the match, when The Miz intervened and distracted them. He would run away after causing the distraction. Rey Mysterio chased him into the crowd as Dominik looked on in frustration. The veteran Benjamin took advantage of the situation. He got a roll-up on the promising Dominik Mysterio to score the pinfall.
The rivalry between The Miz and The Mysterios is heating up with Logan Paul for company.
