WWE signs a multi-year deal agreement with International Game Technology
International Game Technology and WWE have signed a multi-year exclusive licensing agreement to develop and distribute WWE-branded omnichannel lottery games.
The deal basically includes turnkey promotional programs that feature logos, Superstars, and events and programs.
The CEO of IGT, Jay Gendron was quoted saying about the company and their collaboration,
“The brand has broad appeal that reaches diverse age groups and cultural demographics in many geographies. IGT looks forward to melding the unique WWE assets with IGT’s lottery expertise to create appealing, high-quality games and second-chance promotional opportunities for our global customers and their players.”
The company also had some good words for IGT,
“IGT is the clear industry leader in the lottery and gaming space, and we look forward to collaborating by bringing our intellectual property to our fans and lottery games around the globe.
The company generally delivers entertaining and responsible gaming experiences in more than 100 countries across all channels.
WWE’s business portfolio delivers content on a global scale
The portfolio of WWE’s business delivers content of 52 weeks every year on a global scale and is accessed from more than 900 million homes, and is available in 28 languages.
Its distribution includes NBC Universal, Fox Sports, BT Sport, Sony India and Rogers. The Network consists of all live pay-per-views and scheduled programming and a video-on-demand library that is currently available in over 180 countries. In the US, NBCUniversal’s Peacock is the exclusive streaming partner of the companies Network.
