Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar might reunite again on SmackDown
This week’s Friday Night SmackDown saw Brock Lesnar returning to the squared circle and teased about Paul Heyman on the verge of returning as his “advocate”.
With Reigns not on the building for SmackDown, Lesnar made some excellent moves for Heyman to encourage him to return as a brutal force with the Beast. The Beast Incarnate also referred to Heyman as his Advocate, which might hint that the two might reunite their roles, which has been so successful for such a brief period.
Brock Lesnar thrashed Sami Zayn and hints at reunion with Paul Heyman
Sami Zayn opened the show in the ring surrounded by nurses and seated in a wheelchair wearing a neck brace. He claimed to sue WWE, its officials and especially Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns for screwing him out of the Universal Championship match last week.
Zayn even threatened Heyman that Reigns is not in the building but then out came Lensar to the ring and teased a reunion with Heyman. Lesnar then told Zayn that he saved him from getting a worse beating by attacking him before the match.
Lesnar then attacked Zayn by taking the nurses and kicking him directly in the wheelchair. The Beast even gave an F5 to Zayn, injuring him more as Heyman watched on with a smile.
It is not to forget that Heyman is the special counsel for the WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns, who will defend his title against Lesnar at WWE Day 1 PPV.
It would be exciting to see on whose side Heyman goes eventually, whether it will be the Tribal Chief or The Beast Incarnate. Let’s not forget that Heyman was associated with Lesnar for a much longer time than he is with Reigns.
