Several former and current WWE stars paid tribute to Bobby Eaton who passed away yesterday

Beautiful Bobby Eaton‘ considered by many as the greatest professional wrestler to have never graced the WWE/WWF ring, passed away at the age of 62.

He was hospitalized in the month of July following a fall, and died in his sleep on the 4th of August.

Eaton made his debut when he was just 17 years old in the promotion – NWA Mid-America. Following stints across various promotions like Continental Wrestling Association, Mid-South Wrestling, he joined the WCW in 1985.

He found major success predominantly as a tag team. He was one half of the midnight express- a tag team that ruled the 80s and 90s.

Eaton departed from WCW in the year 2000, and was a part of several Independent Circuits until 2015. A forty-year long career saw him wrestle until he was 57 years old.
