One fan on Twitter wanted a ‘Zelina Vega and the Usos’ faction
After her release from the promotion eights months ago, on the 13th of November, 2020, Zelina Vega returned to the promotion on the 2nd of July, 2021 with big plans fo the future.
Vega currently plies her trade on WWE SmackDown. She took on Toni Storm on the July 23 episode of SmackDown, but suffered a loss (due to a German suplex) against Storm who was making her main roster in-ring debut.
The same night Dominik Mysterio took on Jimmy Uso in an inter-family affair. The Usos had recently won the SmackDown tag-team championship from the Mysterios. Dominik accompanied by his father Rey was defeated by Jimmy (with Jey).
The Usos also debuted a new hairdo. The brothers had coloured their hair red, although, not fully (red & black).
Fan wants Zelina Vega and the Usos to unite
One fan on Twitter posted images of the Usos with red and black hair alongside a picture of Zelina Vega sporting a similar hue.
The fan wrote:
“My new favorite faction @WWEUsos @TheaTrinidad #SmackDown.”
Vega’s reply seemed a bit on the positive side. She brought up their similar hairdo (colour to be precise).
Vega replied to the fan:
“Hmm @WWEUsos the red unites us..”
Vega’s tweet was met with several replies mentioning Jimmy Uso’s real-life wife Naomi, who is expected to make her return to SmackDown soon.
