WWE NXT Halloween Havoc Results and Grades: WWE brought out Halloween Havoc on this episode of NXT and there were some big matches on the card.
Many titles were being defended and a Spin a Wheel was set up to finalise some of the stipulations for the matches.
WWE NXT Halloween Havoc had some surprises too, and here are the results and grades from the show.
Devil’s Playground for the North American title
Johnny Gargano was up against it as he faced the champion, Damian Priest. The two used a ton of weapons on each other and even went through the backstage area for some thrills.

In the end, it was Gargano who got the win after some help from a masked person.

Gargano beats Priest
Grade B
This was a great start to NXT and the stipulation saw then put on some memorable spots.
Gargano becoming the first two-time NXT North American champion is interesting as many thought Priest would be the champion for a while.
McAfee’s men
Pat McAfee stood with Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch and spoke about his new team. He also claimed that Ride Holland was the one he chose for his team but the injury changed things.

Kyle O’Reilly came out with Pete Dunne and it seemed the pair would attack McAfee. However, Dunne hit O’Reilly and the new team stood in the middle of the ring to gloat.

Grade B
This was an expected segment after what McAfee did last week. However, Dunne joining them is going to be great.
Escobar pays tribute
Santos Escobar paid tribute to Rey Mysterio with his in-ring gear before he took on the rising Jake Atlas.
Escobar’s henchmen interfered in the match and the Cruiserweight champion picked up a win.

Ember Moon then challenged Io Shirai and said she wasn’t scared of the women’s champion.
Escobar beats Atlas
Grade C
Escobar vs Atlas has the potential to be great but WWE wasted this chance with this easy win for the champion.
Grimes vs Lumis
Cameron Grimes took on Dexter Lumis in a Haunted House of Terror match. The match took place in a haunted house and there were some zombies in the house that scared Grimes.

Zombies seemed to attack Grimes too and it was Lumis who got the win.
Lumis beats Grimes
Grade B
This was one of those cinematic matches that WWE puts on and they did a good job. It was all about Grimes and how he dealt with the horrors of the house while Lumis did what he does best.
Ripley vs Gonzalez
Two of the tallest women in WWE, Rhea Ripley and Raquel Gonzalez, finally met in the ring for a brutal affair.
The war of "Who's the bigger POWERHOUSE?" is getting serious.#WWENXT #HallowwenHavoc @RheaRipley_WWE @RaquelWWE pic.twitter.com/AVJcrRmbwK
— WWE NXT (@WWENXT) October 29, 2020
While Gonzalez had the better of Ripley at the start, it was the former NXT Women’s champion that got the win.
Ripley beats Gonzalez
Grade B
The two looked good as a pair and WWE should explore their rivalry further. Ripley is one of the biggest names on NXT but tagging Gonzalez with her can only mean good things for Gonzalez.
Women’s title match
Candice LeRae took on the Women’s Champion Io Shirai in a Tables, Ladders and Scares match.
Both women used a ton of weapons on each other and tried their best to get the title lofted high above the ring.
CANDICE. LERAE. THAT'S IT. THAT'S THE TWEET.#WWENXT #NXTWomensTitle #HalloweenHavoc @CandiceLeRae @shirai_io pic.twitter.com/8xhVaBm4DW

A hooded figure tried to help LeRae but Shotzi Blackheart stopped her. This allowed Shirai to get going and pick up the title for the win.

— WWE NXT (@WWENXT) October 29, 2020
Shirai beats LeRae
Grade A
LeRae and Shirai both could have won the title and this was a great ending to the show.
Gargano and LeRae have some figures helping them out and it will be interesting to see who could be next for the Women’s Champion.
