WWE NXT Preview: WWE has been bolstered by the news that the company is deemed as an essential service and will be allowed to broadcast live events.

While that might not be big in the grand scheme of things, since they were already producing shows, it does put more stress on the company.

WWE NXT will return to action on Wednesday with a lot expected and here is the preview.

Time for a chat?

NXT Champion Adam Cole has been in the sights of the Velveteen Dream for a while, and now wants to sit down for a chat.

Cole wants to have a face to face chat with the Dream, and it is to be seen if this is accepted.

Of course, The Undisputed Era will have something to say about this. It can’t be a normal chat, can it?

The Queen continues her reign

Charlotte Flair will grace NXT once more with her presence.

Io Shirai is the challenger for the title. However, Flair wants to hand down a wrestling lesson.

Flair is one of the top performers in WWE. And it will be interesting to see how her time goes on NXT.

Cruiserweight Championship Tournament

WWE also announced an interim Cruiserweight Championship Tournament and it features two pools of four wrestlers each.

It is going to be a round-robin format with Group A containing: Jake Atlas, Tony Nese, Drake Maverick and Kushida.

Isaiah Scott, Jack Gallagher, Akira Tozawa and El Hijo del Fantasma make up Group B.

Balor battles Imperium

Finn Balor is set to face the Imperium’s Walter and wants his title. However, the NXT UK Champion is sending Fabian Aichner to deal with the Demon.

Imperium have been great on NXT UK, but the Demon Finn Balor isn’t to be taken lightly.

Will Balor send a message and get one over Aichner or will Imperium come up and destroy the Prince?
