WWE NXT Results and Grades: NXT had an action-packed show with several titles on the line this week.
Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan were defending their tag titles and so was Johnny Gargano with his NXT North American title on the line.
Gargano started off the show and this is where we land with this week鈥檚 WWE NXT results and grades piece.
Gargano vs Ruff
The North American champion opened the show and spun a wheel which had several names he could face.

Leon Ruff was the name that came out and Gargano seemed confirmed of defeating him. However, Damien Priest distracted the champion and Ruff was able to get the win.

Ruff beats Gargano
Grade B
The match might not have been great but it was fun seeing something different after a while. Gargano ensuring he got an easy opponent in Ruff backfired on him and this was a decent way to kick off NXT.
Cruiserweight title on the line
Jake Atlas continued hounding Legado El Fantasma and got a match against the Cruiserweight Champion, Santos Escobar.
.@JakeAtlas_ put on a SHOW, as usual, but it's @EscobarWWE & his #Legado that STANDS TALL as the #WWENXT #Cruiserweight Champion #AndStill 鈽狅笍馃嚥馃嚱馃憡 pic.twitter.com/h01JKPIm5N

Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza again interfered in the match and that allowed Escobar to keep the belt.
Escobar beats Atlas
Grade B
Atlas vs Escobar was fun to see and it would be even better if there was no interference. The pair should meet again in the future as this rivalry cannot be over.
Boa gets attacked
Xia Li vs Raquel Gonzalez was to happen next but Boa cancelled the match. Gonzalez was left upset and demolished Boa before a mysterious figure handed him a letter and also marked his hand in black.

Grade B
This Li storyline is interesting and WWE certainly have invested in it. There is a bit of a mystery in this and hopefully, they don鈥檛 mess it up.
LeRae vs Storm
Candice LeRae was back in action after destroying Shotzi Blackheart鈥檚 tank from last week.
She faced the returning Toni Storm and got the win. However, Storm wasn鈥檛 happy and tried to attack LeRae but the hooded figure made the save.
Blackheart tried to get in on the action but the hooded figure and LeRae did enough before Indi Hartwell removed her mask.
Boo.
That's not Ghostface, that's INDI HARTWELL assisting @CandiceLeRae! #WWENXT @indi_hartwell pic.twitter.com/nPxobN2CoG

LeRae beats Storm
Grade B
Hartwell was always set to be the masked figure and thankfully, WWE didn鈥檛 waste too much time in revealing her.
This rivalry also seems set for a decent amount of time, and it will be interesting to see what is next.
Lumis in action
Dexter Lumis and Timothy Thatcher met for the next match on NXT.
The battle was heating up but Cameron Grimes distracted Lumis and helped Thatcher get the win. Grimes then attacked Lumis after the match ended.

Thatcher beats Lumis
Grade B
This was a better segment than watching Thatcher take out random people and the match was fun too.
Grimes getting into the act also was fun since he has a rivalry with Lumis.
Tag title main event
Pete Dunne and Pat McAfee were present by the side of Lorcan and Burch as they defended their tag titles against Fandango and Tyler Breeze.
A 馃憡 from @PeteDunneYxB? That's a game changer. #WWENXT @PatMcAfeeShow @strongstylebrit @ONEYLORCAN pic.twitter.com/zZD1eB5iTw

Drake Maverick tried to take revenge from last week鈥檚 attack on Killian Dain but he was taken out. McAfee then helped his teammates keep the title with a little bit of cheating.
Lorcan and Burch retain titles
Grade A
This was another great match with both tag teams doing their best. McAfee was excellent in his role too and Drake getting taken out was important as this seems to be a rivalry in the making.
