WWE NXT results, grades and winners: Samoa Joe has his work cut out
Hot on the heels of WWE NXT TakeOver 36, the latest episode of NXT was ready to make an impact on the WWE Universe.
Samoa Joe dethroning Karrion Kross was the big talking point from the previous show but we start off with a hard hitting clash on this WWE NXT results, grades and winners piece.
Timothy Thatcher vs Ridge Holland
Cameron Grimes first gave the Million Dollar championship back to Ted DiBiase after a ton of celebrations.
However, the first match of the evening was Ridge Holland vs Timothy Thatcher. In the end, it was Holland who got the win over Thatcher before Oney Lorcan, Danny Burch and Pete Dunne attacked Thatcher and Tommaso Ciampa.

Kayden Carter and Kacy Catanzaro get another W
Indi Hartwell shared her wedding date with Dexter Lumis, which was set to 14 September.
Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne teamed up to face Kayden Cater and Kacy Catanzaro and it was Catanzaro and Carter getting the win.
Mandy Rose then spoke to the losers and told them to follow her if they wanted to win all the time.

Kay Lee Ray vs Valentina Feroz
Franky Money wanted the next crack at NXT Women’s Champion, Raquel Gonzalez.
The next match was Valentina Feroz taking on Kay Lee Ray and it was Ray who got a quick win.

Samoa Joe has new rivals; Carmelo Hayes vs Odyssey Jones
Pete Dunne, LA Knight, Kyle O’Reilly, Tommaso Ciampa, Ridge Holland and Pete Dunne all seemed to want a piece of Samoa Joe.
In the chaos it was Joe who stood tall while Dunne promised that he would beat Joe when they met.
The next match was the NXT Breakout tournament clash between Odyssey Jones and Carmelo Hayes.
It was Hayes who got the win in the end and win the Breakout Tournament.

Boa in action
Boa was in action next as he took on Xyon Quinn and he used a ton of tough knee strikes but he ended up losing the clash.
Quinn then decided to avoid the leader of Tian Sha and went through the side.

Hit Row vs Legado del Fantasma
Legado del Fantasma and Hit Row met in the ring for the main event and it was Escobar who got the win with the use of the tights on Isaiah Scott.
