WWE NXT Results, winners, and grades: Carmelo Hayes and The Creed Brothers managed to win gold at NXT In Your House. The two-time NXT North American Champion will surely have something to say after beating Cameron Grimes in a classic match. Tiffany Stratton will take on Roxanne Perez in the finals of the first-ever NXT Women’s Breakout tournament.
Let’s start with the NXT results for 7 June:
Trick Williams introduced the new two-time NXT North American Champion Carmelo Hayes. The A Champion said that he is standing at the top of his accomplishments. He dissed the fans in attendance and called himself the most illustrious North American Champion in history.
Solo Sikoa made his way to the stage and congratulated Hayes but also mentioned that nobody wants to hear him speak about his victory. Sikoa said he is next in line to get a shot at the NXT North American title. Trick Williams said that he was the next in line when Cameron Grimes was the champion. It does not apply now as Hayes is the champion. Grayson Waller made his way to the ring and said he doesn’t care about who Sikoa’s family members are.
Waller said Sikoa has no friends but the talented wrestler from the Anoa’i family said he has the fans behind him. Sikoa began to brawl with Hayes, Williams, and Waller but the numbers game caught up with him soon. Waller delivered a DDT as the three heels assaulted Sikoa before the referees came out to stop the beatdown.
Tony D’Angelo came to the arena in a car. Santos Escobar was waiting for him. The Don of NXT ordered Escobar to open the door for him. Escobar obeyed. D’Angelo asked Escobar to get out of the suit and get into his ring gear as he has a match later on.
Josh Briggs was waiting in the ring for a match against Von Wagner. The dominant Wagner came out to the ring and took the attack to Jensen. However, Briggs managed to muster some offense to stay in the match. Brooks Jensen was at ringside wearing a cast on his hand. Wagner attacked Jensen.
Fallon Henly distracted the referee as Jensen tossed the cast into the ring and Briggs used it to hit Wagner. This helped Briggs to pick up the victory with a thunderous clothesline.

Escobar once again gained control of the match with an enzuigiri to send Frazer to the outside. Escobar hit a Tilt-A-Whirl Backbreaker and continued dominating the high-flyer. The leader of Legado locked in the Boston Crab as Frazer tried to reach the ropes to break the hold. Eventually, Frazer managed to do so and rolled up his opponent for a near fall.

The former Intercontinental Champion said he is here and he will stay here as long as he wants. Crews said when he left NXT, he left way too soon but now he is back to change and make history. Crews ended by saying he will see Breakker down the road. Both men shook hands in the middle of the ring to end the segment.
Joe Gacy and the druids appeared in a dark room. Gacy said that it is time he focused on their progression. He revealed that the two druids will compete in the ring next week for the very first time.
The crowd was divided for this match. Perez was the overwhelming favorite though. Perez started with a headlock and soon hir a dropkick to take down Stratton. The 20-year-old tried her best to keep Stratton down but the latter took control of the match, painfully twisting Perez’s fingers. Perez caught hold of Stratton’s hand and went up on the top rope for an Old School type move that The Undertaker made famous.
Stratton, however, managed to turn the tables, dropping Perez on the outside as we went into a commercial break. Upon returning, Stratton was in full control of the newcomer. Stratton hit a Standing moonsault and continued wearing down Perez. The persistent Perez got up on the middle rope and took down Stratton. The heel managed to turn things around with a crushing sit-down powerbomb for a two count.

The celebration was short-lived, however. Toxic Attraction made their way to the ring. Mandy Rose congratulated Perez on the victory but said everything is going to go downhill from here. Rose warned Perez that if she wants to cash in her contract on her, then she will fail. Rose said she could ask Jade about it as she failed to beat her in two attempts. Perez had enough and she punched Rose. Toxic Attraction got into a brawl with the two women. The number’s advantage allowed Attraction to take control until Indi Hartwell came out to even the odds. The heels were sent out of the ring as Perez, Jade, and Hartwell stood tall in the ring.
We were taken backstage where Bodhi Hayward was on the floor injured. Chase and Hail went up to him and based what had happened. Hayward said it was Pretty Deadly who attacked him from behind. Chase was looking for revenge as he walked out to the ring all by himself.

Edris Enofe and Malik Blade appeared. They congratulated the Creed Brothers. Julius offered them a shot at the tag team titles next week. Strong described the Creed Brothers’ win at In Your House as a lucky one and exited the scene.
Hayes, Williams, and Waller made their entrance to the ring. Sikoa came up to the stage area and announced that he has found a partner. It was none other than Apollo Crews.
Crews displayed outstanding power as he lifted Waller above his shoulder for almost a minute before dropping him with a suplex. Hayes made a blind tag and took Crews by surprise. Waller and Hayes made frequent tags to isolate the experienced Crews. When Crews finally managed to make the tag, a fresh Sikoa took out Waller and Hayes. Crews returned to take out both his opponents by launching himself over the top rope, as we went into a commercial break.
After returning from the break, Sikoa was in control of Waller. Sikoa launched Waller into Hayes and the new NXT North American Champion inadvertently made the tag. Williams paid dividends from the outside allowing the heels to take control of the match. Waller hit an elbow drop to get a near fall on Sikoa. Hayes tried a similar move but Sikoa managed to roll away. Hayes hit Sikoa with a big boot and tagged in Waller. The Australian star locked in a cross face on Sikoa but the latter managed to reach the bottom rope.
Sikoa finally managed to get the tag to Crews, who hit Waller with three consecutive suplexes and Waller also got one for his efforts.
