WWE Raw Results and winners: Some major shocks took place ahead of Money in the Bank
Just 24 hours after Hell in a Cell, WWE Raw had some huge matches for the Money in the Bank PPV.
No title changes too place at Hell in a Cell but Drew McIntyre was back in action as he took on Matt Riddle for a spot at Money in the Bank.
This came as a bit of a surprise given that he was not going to get another shot at WWE Champion Bobby Lashley after losing at Hell in a Cell.
Nikki Cross also debuted a new character but the show started with Bobby Lashley speaking to the WWE Universe.

Bobby Lashley and MVP were out to celebrate their win at Hell in a Cell, but were interrupted by the New Day.
Kofi Kingston claimed he was the No.1 contender as he beat Lashley a few weeks back. Lashley accepted this challenge and also said he was going to face Xavier Woods inside the cell.
This led to the first Money in the Bank qualifying match between AJ Styles and Ricochet. However, the Viking Raiders made their way to the ring to cause a distraction which saw Ricochet pick up a huge and shocking win.

Cracks between Doudrop and Eva Marie
There was another MITB qualifying match as Asuka and Naomi took on the newly named Doudrop (Piper Niven) and Eva Marie.
The winners would get a place in MITB and some friction between Marie and Doudrop allowed their rivals to get the win.

Randy Orton hearing voices?
Randy Orton was next in action against John Morrison for a place in MITB. Matt Riddle came out to try and help Orton since The Miz was in a wheelchair outside the ring.
However, this failed as Orton lost to Morrison and looked quite shocked.

A new superhero is here
Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross both debuted new themes while Cross came out as a superhero. This was another MITB qualifier with the pair taking on Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler.
Again, Bliss used her hypnosis to almost see Reggie slap Jax and this allowed Cross to get the win.

Matt Riddle vs Drew McIntyre
McIntyre was back after a brutal affair with Lashley and it showed. Riddle and McIntyre did a lot of great work in the ring but it was the Original Bro who picked up a huge win to qualify for Money in the Bank (MITB).

Main event time
Xavier Woods and Lashley was another great encounter as the New Day member took the fight to the champion inside the cell.
However, Lashley was able to get the win via a submission and kept punishing Woods as a locked out Kingston watched from outside the cage.
