WWE Raw has some big plans for former NXT star Austin Theory
A few NXT superstars in the recently conducted WWE Draft 2021 were called up for the main roster. First, Austin Theory got drafted to the main roster after remaining backstage and working in dark matches for a few weeks.
Austin is now officially a part of the Raw roster, and he started by turning a heel on the show by first approaching Jeff Hardy for a selfie in the ring and then turned it on to attack him the big way.
According to Ringside News, Some tenured member of the creative team has revealed that WWE has some big plans for Austin Theory. He is a heel now on Raw.
The theory is just 24 years old and has been a former EVOLVE standout performer who already had some main roster run during the COVID pandemic.
Austin Theory was later sent back to NXT against but after working for a few months with The Way stable assisted Seth Rollins and Murphy in attacking Aleister Black, thus appearing as a disciple.
Theory a part of the villainous segment known as The Way stable consists of Gargano, his wife Candice LeRaw, and Indi Hartwell. They also took part in Dusty Rhodes tag team classics but lost in the first round.
The theory helped Gargano to retain the North American Championship against various opponents as well.
It would be interesting to see how WWE’s extensive planning is actually for this NXT star.
